Boris Hoppek's Bimbo has become somewhat of his trademark. The famous iconic character has been (brutally) used by the German artist in all kinds of context: as urban art interventions, plush dolls and even gallery installations. But so far Bimbo never had the chance to meet his creator eye to eye, and tell him straight in the face how he feels about all of this. We're about to change that!

It took several attempts, but finally the first of the Bimbos is born. We call him King Bimbo. Thanks to the generous donation by his personal Sponsor, the Austrian graphic designer and skate fanatic Lilo Krebernik, King Bimbo got the chance to practice his skating technique in the lovely city of Stockholm, Sweden.

Instead he chose to work on his social skills... and was gone!

We finally found the little window licker in front of the inevitable H&M and returned him to his Orphanage caretakers, Dr. Rebekka Dornhege & Dr. Malena Modeer.
